Knowledge and sports keep us alive, a library within a staircase for elderly housing apartment villas.

The two park villas of the PAC keep the orientation of the Csaky mansion itself. The central « forum » between the villas, the space for social events, and the landscape of the area allows natural movement through the area. An active day between the flower beds in the entrance area to the garden orchard.

The villas are arranged in four rooms around the central library /staircase/. A balcony for each apartment space has its own speaker …a Juliet and John Paul for their daily “urbi and orbi ” with the landscape.
