MIRRAGE

We propose a new step in the evolution of the High Bridge. Simply by adding of the exact mirrored volume of the existing High Bridge, on top of its structure, we create a “one” entire object, where the “new” corresponds to the values of its engineered predecessor, by adding skills of the following century.

The Bridge is divided in several programmatically defined layers. It consists of exhibition areas, rental offices, apartments, artist studios, workshops, and other performing and lecturing facilities.

A slight but significant representation of its content to its urban skyline, the new slim 100% ART cluster above the Hudson River connects past with the future, it guarantees transition and adventure for the upcoming generations.
