The parterre is open, free from the visual barrier, the openable glass façade allows visual contact from the street to the courtyard, even a passer-by can look into the theatrical «kitchen» ……. if the direction allows it.

LIGHT

 while preserving the original street greenery, two floors next to the main entrance from Svoradova Street provide daylight to the rehearsal rooms and the ballet hall on the first floor.

SPACE

 three rehearsal rooms on the 4th floor as well as a multifunctional hall and a lecture room on the 1st floor are interconnected by sliding wall elements. By opening the walls, we get a uniform space of 125m² on the 4th floor and 245m² on the 1st floor.
