Modern embrace tradition

In the project “garden house” for an artist, we searched for unification of tradition and modernity, with focus on the most interrelated nature and house relationship.

kids/parents/kitchen /family/restroom

A traditional hipped roof becomes the main nave of the family cathedral. All the surrounding spaces are heating up its interior core.

In single volume of 7x7x7m, a central chamber arises, defined by its orbiting quarters.

The house opens up its heart to all its visitors.
