Area near Pobřežní Street in Pilsen is historically called Peklo / Hell. It sits in a low-lying basin along the Mže River, making it hidden from view when looking down from the main city center.

By defining the three basic program universes of HELL/ HEAVEN/ PARADISE/, the building itself can be structured into clearly independent functional units.

HEAVEN /part of the temporary accommodation of artists and ensembles on the top floors of the 3/4th floor.

HELL/ necessary premises for the operation of the institution, administration, exercise hall, recording studio, workshop and technology of the building in the 2/1st floor at the level of Jízdecká Street.

PARADISE/ the urban world of everyday life and social activities, the world of meetings, the foyer together with the music hall.
