With its radius of 111m, the NBS institution clearly defines its territory, perceives the morphology of the landscape and respects its natural bed by preserving the existing overgrown greenery.

By entering a seemingly one-story building, the rooms of accommodation and work space, opens up the rich valley of the patio, gateway to the landscape. One floor below, the first horizon of the valley forms the heart of social life / education, eating, sports and relaxation / in the center of the residence.
