MOUNTAIN / Parkhouse becomes a mountain, a ski slope, an auditorium for a vivid community stage YARD.

In centre of COURTYARD “floats” on the water surface the kindergarten.

CORSO/a covered space within civic amenities is the horizon of the landscape. A safe passage in winter, providing protection from the sun during the summer months. Its program content is oriented both to the street and to the courtyard, it anchors the project with the existing district. An active foundation for a new original structure.

 LANDSCAPE/ alternating linear recreational and active zones, has its third dimension. It rises smoothly through an artificially created slope above the horizon.
